I have no problem falling asleep, but I can't go to bed before I'm physically exhausted and mentally defeated. If I go to bed now, the next thing I have to do is get up and go to work. And I hate my job. Also, time flies by so fast that I get barely anything done, and going to bed early feels like wasting the whole day, so I try to catch up in the evening.
This creates a cycle where I stay up late, don't get enough sleep, waste all energy at work, do nothing all afternoon, and stay up late to catch up once again. I get a second wind in the evening, but at the end of the week, I often just sit behind the computer and watch the clock until it's too late for anything.
Can anyone relate? How do you bring yourself to go to bed early?

Stupid thing this is. suffer myself all the time from this.

I tried to change my diet, reduced amount of coffee and tea. I stopped drinking tea/coffie after work, replaced it just with juice/water

it helped for a time, but the feeling of wasting time of your afterwork was still present.

probly it's we're so used to chill at night with bros/playing games/other cool stuff, when we didn't had any job.

I tryed gym, it didn't worked for me, I still going there, yet after gym I can't sleep even when when my body is exousted.

Tbh I thinking visit to a doctor with this problem. Maybe could fix that with some pills. Usually brain chemestry cosses this unsufforable condition

btw I hate my job so much it's unreal. But I need it. :/

I think your problem extends beyond sleeping difficulties. It sounds like your general dissatisfaction with life is creating sense of dread around an approaching tomorrow which makes you want to stay up and capitalize what ever time you have for yourself. Not the first time I've seen this.
Additionally, poor sleep hygiene is likely exacerbating your problem. You may be experiencing one or more of the following items:
Activities with excessive sensory information (certain video games with TOO much going on) or managing multiple tasks (like watching a video while scrolling through a social media or blogging feed). These create an artificial sense of urgency and are known to whell up feelings on anxiousness.
Exposure to the light of electronic screens (particularly blue light) suppresses melatonin production and fucks up your circadian rhythms.
Eating late can force the body to focus on metabolizing food rather than slowing down in preparation for rest.
Lack of physical exercise that helps to reduce stress and regulate body processes. There is a meaningful link between working out and sleep quality (this should be done well before you sleep)
The first two items are fine to indulge in as long as you avoid them an hour or two before sleeping.
The others may require more structural changes in your life.

Take melatonin.

Do this:
don't smoke, occasionally drink, get in bed by 11 PM, and make sure to get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, you should usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, you would wake up without any fatigue or stress. Regularly go to the doctor for a check up to insure you have a clean bill of health. Try to live a very quiet life. Take care not to trouble yourself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause you to lose sleep at night. That is how you should deal with society, and may just be what brings you happiness.
And never let anyone know about your hand fetish and murder sprees.

that battle isn't worth fighting, and you'll be fighting it every night
just wake up at the same time every day

This and waking up bone tired. Every morning. If I need to wake up at 8, I set my alarm for 7. I feel dead in the morning despite getting (on paper) 8hrs of sleep.
I don't wanna get out of bed
