How do you know what to say in a conversation? Like, you say hello to a girl that you want attention from and then what? How do you keep the conversation going and blooming into more?
If the girl likes you in some way there will not problem in making a conversation. If not, she will ignore you or the conversation will die slowly.

There's no easy way to tell you this anon, but that's what is essentially your "personality". How you decide to talk to people and have a conversation is your "personality". Now just because you asked this question doesn't mean anything bad necessarily, but you will probably have to do some intentional soul searching as well as have new experiences to find the answers you seek. Essentially, you should never have to "try" to keep a conversation going. Like I said, a slight change in mindset and some soul searching along with new experiences and you will be on your way.

I talk about whatever book im reading if I really have nothing to talk about. Usually that leads to the other person wanting to change the conversation or jusr saying nothing because nobody wants to talk with me about books/history lol. But I feel like the best method is just to talk about whatever you are thinking
I don't even consider attraction or anything more from any woman. I talk to them like I would anybody else because they have nothing that I want.

Give her an ocular pat down, if you see anything unique or interesting on her talk to her about it "What's the story behind that", "Where did you get it". Try and establish elements of commonality between you two, for example: if you're in a lecture with her, ask about what she thinks of the professor then give your opinion. It's also good to prepare a couple random things to talk about before you start speaking to default to if the conversation runs dry. Fundamentally, a conversation runs on questions, good questions are fuel and enables people to talk about themselves, don't just ask questions though give your own input regularly otherwise it will be one-sided. Try to have fun and actually enjoy it aswell, and do it for yourself because you want to, not just to please her. Practice practice you'll get better.
