I'm a 20 year old male and I noticed that I never went through puberty like most people.The only significant change during puberty was that I grew body hair (facial hair, pubic hair, leg hair, armpit hair) but thats about it. I stopped growing in height around 12 or 13 and my penis hasn't grown since 11. Im the same height as a prepubescent boy (5'7) and my penis is 4 inches erect which is the same size as a 10 year old boy's penis.My face also looks undeveloped and retarded and I'm slightly mentally retarded, everyone else in my family is more intelligent than me, including the women. I might also be autistic since I stim a lot and even my family members have noticed this and called me autistic.I'm also slightly pedophilic, but I only started to have those symptoms when I was 16.Did anyone else have the same experience? I basically didnt go through puberty except for growing body hair, physically I still look like a middle schooler.
