>Network shares a suitable job offer>Salary is an extra 20k on what I get now>But I'm going on holidays in a month>Plus I'd lose all those years of connections>Current job is very lax, wfh almost alwaysIs it really worth it to apply for such a role? I just feel like being in a company for many years only to shift for a salary bump could make life more miserable if you don't know how comfy the new company is. I mean, you never know what their worklife looks like, and you never know if you'll like their team/s or not. If you get stuck in, you might despise it but get stuck there long-term.
>>34429551yeah, i'd stay with your current job, if i were in your positionif 20k is the only certain advantage over your current job, it's not worth it
what do you make now?can you get by on your current income?how many hours would you spend extra commuting?can you return to old job if the new one doesn't work out?
>>34429551only having to go to the office once or twice a week is an insane benefit. $50k minimum to give that up
