I experienced that, couldn't watch naked and afraid anymore. She's a jealous, insecure person. I don't know how to fix it, but the way it turned out for me is that I needed to carefully curate everything I watched in order to not piss her off. It took years before I broke up, but that jealousy thing won't go away on it own.

I'm a male, and I act like that (towards romantic interests, as I've never even been in a relationship). Basically, I believe I'm worthless and that I'm constantly competing against every other male on Earth for my selected female's attention. It's normal for a girlfriend to get jealous at other girls, and especially to get upset about sexual stuff involving you and other women. If she feels secure in the relationship her jealousy response should decrease though.
