>>34440386The good news is that you've got a list of shit you don't like about yourself already written out.I recommend making a plan to address each point and begin executing those plans, starting with your morbid obesity (as this directly affects your health and mood).

All the op talking to himself fyi^^
>>34440386Serious question, why? Why are you choosing to live like this?
>>34441018not him but i'm in the same situation at 35. I can't get out of it, i don't know which side of the problem tackle first, fear, anxiety, etc. Also by living a life of pure escapism and avoidance i often forget about the real world and my situation for a huge amount of time and when i go back to reality it got worse. I don't really have control of myself
34440763I am 29 and I didn't waste money going to college.Life is honestly pretty fucking great. Just gotta be patient for the best stuff to happen. My only regret is not eating ramen sooner. Shit's better than I thought.
the easiest shit would be to stop being fat and stop using the computer all togetherjust walk around the block or whatever for 20 minutes everydaythen the next week do it for 45 minthen start jogging for like 5 min with 30 min of walkingincrease this until you can run a couple miles a day lift weights 20 minutes a day doesn't matter how strong or fast you are, the feeling of getting fitter becomes addictive so you start gaining fitness without forcing yourself throw out your computer the internet is poisonvideo games is poisonfind a place to volunteer 1 day a week, like find a church or community thingy and explain your situation...doesn't matterget a job part time at mcdonalds or something just to get exposure to people but don't eat the food degrees are pretty worthless, only like 5% of people with them make use of them, college is a gigantic scam for 95% of peopleyou can become a plumber or something get rid of the computer and stop using the internet its absolute mental poisoni didn't know how to do anything until i was 36saved up enough money to buy a welder taught myself how to do that then got a jobtaught myself how to do CAD/CAM, machining, woodwork
what is the source of your mysterious income that you use to buy food water and electricity?
farming csgo skins
>>34440386I mean, are you really alive?
>>34440386What do you get out of ritual posting? Really please answer.
>Morbidly obese>never exercised in my entire lifeEasiest thing to fix
>>34440386It's overLook, even if you make a start today, what age will you be when you become someone you can respect? You'll be in your late 40s by then IF you make a huge effort. Realistically, you'll be in your 50'sI'm 29, diagnosed autist, NEET for my whole life, I got pulled out of school at age 12. I've only ever done work in my garden and in the surrounding fields, cutting up, hauling and splitting wood, and gardening. I don't get paid, it is to save money mostly. I've never really had friends. I have trained in boxing and lifted and gotten fit when I was 18-20 and then got depressed for most of my 20's and just stopped everything. I'm also a manlet (5'4"). I've never had a driver's licence either. I am doing a bit better than you, but that isn't saying much. It's over for me, because I know I won't do shit. I can't do shit. I will be your age before I know it regretting not doing anything about it. But I just don't know what to do, because things are complicated and difficult for me. And that's that. I've already wasted my 20's, and there's no getting that backThe best thing us useless NEETs can do is just find fulfilling hobbies and indulge in them. Maybe some day we can make a living out of those hobbies, but probably not. it doesn't matter. Cut your loses, reconcile. Let go. Forget about it. Just enjoy what you can and keep yourself fit and healthy is my best advice. If you don't have your health, you might as well have nothing. I've started working out again and im trying to make it routine. Life is much easier and feels much better when you are fitIf you really do want to try and change, it is your lifestyle you need to change. Your habits. You have to make new habits, new routines and rituals. Don't worry about doing it, just simply do it. But you wont. And you know that
