I can't have a family because I physically can't get laid (5'7"), and the only thing I'm genuinely good at is graphics programming - which is almost exclusively related to videogames, which I've grown out of.How can I find new meaning in life?

The problem is that you think there's a problem, that's the problem. You conflate the word "don't" with "can't". Stop doing that so much and you'll be fine. You don't have a family ≠ you can't have a family, you can. If my short ass could do it so can you. All you gotta do is meet with a girl and be kind to her, without expectation of return. She'll see you as someone safe and then you just date her. Don't overthink about what to say and what to do, just focus on being kind and loving and give it a couple of years and you will be a husband and a father.

Women nurture the children, and men raise them. Women give birth to them and nurse them and keep them alive into independence, and the man makes an independent individual out of them. The woman dispenses comfort and vitality, the man dispenses discipline and wisdom.
