But no one wants to do anything about her.>She even accused my manager of molesting her, he's having his meeting on that tomorrow I've contacted safeguarding for the 3rd time that I do not feel safe coming into work. But honestly I don't know what the fuck else to do.I want to leave because I'm sure as shit not safe there. But I don't want there to be any claims that she might make in my absence that might stick. >>34446539Start carrying a personal camera or audio recording device. Start taking selfies with the time in them. Get notes and records from your other bosses and those CCTV videos showing the claims and then them being false. Other than that, just don't argue with her; you are well within your rights to just completely disengage from this person at any time. You have little to prove to her, and if you have a lawyer or attorney, it's good to just give them that information. it's always good to look into a lawyer or legal council that you can trust.
