Boss claims I hit her Anonymous 04/19/26(Sun)18:27:45 No.34446509

So I have work tomorrow and I don't know what the fuck to do.

>Have female assistant manager
>Been through 3 different boyfriends in the time I started working there
>"All of them were narcissists"
>Starts flirting with me
>Know it's a bad sign
>Pretend not to notice her advances
>She eventually gets pissy with me over the passing weeks
>Last week we get into a disagreement to which she files a report that I hit her during that disagreement
>There was CCTV and several witnesses present so the incident got dismissed very quickly
It's also important to not that I found out I'm not the only guy she did this exact thing to. There was a guy a year before I started who she claimed touched her and he got fired immediately
>I raised my own grievance against her but the company doesn't want to acknowledge it
To quote my area manager "I should just sweep it all under the rug, have a chat with her, and work can get back on as usual"

I know my manager is scared of her, the area manager is scared of her, even HR knows she is a persistent problem. But no one wants to do anything about her.
>She even accused my manager of molesting her, he's having his meeting on that tomorrow

I've contacted safeguarding for the 3rd time that I do not feel safe coming into work. But honestly I don't know what the fuck else to do.

I want to leave because I'm sure as shit not safe there. But I don't want there to be any claims that she might make in my absence that might stick. I've informed HR and safe guarding that there's the full well chance she may make additional claims
