No idea what to do. Any ideas? She needs help bad and has no family to back her up at home, I need to figure something out fast.

Okay, given of how you said she is your wife, I'm supposing you two had a public wedding and have dated a long time, ask her to send you a picture of her hosptial room. If you see a hosptial room with her in it, send money. If she is reluctant and starts making blatant odd excuses, something is up.
