My wife and I decided to try for our first kid, I'm excited and want to make sure I can make the whole pregnancy as comfortable and positive for her as possible. What are some things you guys have done for your wives/baby mamas throughout their pregnancies to make them happy and comfortable?

Don't underestimate morning sickness. D
But in general, during the early part of the pregnancy, don't treat her as if she's made of glass. Towards the end, don't give her a hard time about being grumpy. After the birth, don't bully her about sex, and remember that post partum depression can kill.
