Do you guys think this will leave a scar??
I think it might have gone through the Epidermis but it did bleed I don't really know what that means though, it was done with a razor also...

It'll be fine. Might have a scar for a little after the scab heals, but it doesn't look like anything that would leave a permanent scar.

Short answer: no
Looks very superficial. Best guess there will be some pigmentation changes as it heals but in the long run I suspect minimal if any noticeable scar.
