>take college classes (stem)
>part time job
>learn a language
>learn to cook
>read books (in english)
>write short stories and publish on personal website
Is this too much to do all at once? Do I need to drop anything to actually make meaningful progress at these?
I usually waste most of my browsing 4chan so I don't have a clue how much you can fit in a day.

yea i know im working on that part

If you have the energy and focus to do all of them then do them, there's nothing wrong with filling your days with activity. If you feel one or more is being neglected then cut out the non essentials. Learning to cook is more important than learning a new language, the job is more important than the short stories. Probably best to just schedule things out though. You need to cook everyday anyway. You have to go to class and work, so set up a dedicated time for your other hobbies around those things.

there's only one way to know for sure:
keep a diary
track how you spend your time every day, no need to be extremely precise, just write down approximately how much time you devoted to a certain activity and how much progress you think you've made in it
a warning: to reach advanced levels of mastery in something, you will need to be disciplined as regular practice is necessary to get solid results, it's unavoidable that there will be days where you'd rather snooze or doomscroll

Learning a language takes a lot of time, it will be more than you spend on any specific class at college per day.
