Not much, you're in a hot box. Take a cold shower and maybe put some ice packs in the bed with you. Open the windows as best you can and get two fans tomorrow, one for circulation and one to exhaust hot air out of whatever opening you can make with the window. Don't try to cool yourself with water since you'll just increase the humidity in the closed room.
