I have all the things I need yet I don't do anything because it just makes me weak and tired. How do I have more stamina to do more?

sleep between 7-8 hours per night

take a walk outside daily of at least 30 minutes/2km under the sun (don't forget sunglassed and a hat)
do bodyweight exercises, make a program for yourself using the book "you are your own gym"

reduce as much as you can refined sugars, heavily processed meats and carbs, particularly greasy/oily foods and deepfried stuff, red meats too

Do as much as you can. The more you do, the more you can do. You aren't going to get more stamina by not using what you currently possess, so telling yourself that you're too tired to do certain things just turns into a feedback loop.

my stamina increases whenever I start physical routines
the first days are going to be brutal because the body is not used to them
they have to become actual routines
thing is you have to subtract at least a couple hours of your daily routine to do physical stuff so there is that too, sadly more stamina doesn't come for free
