How do I get over my failures :(
I can't stop thinking about my past and the guilt is killing me inside. I am unable to move forward and improve myself. I feel like I will be a loser forever

Failures are lessons. You're only able to see it as a failure now because you learned from it. If you hadn't learned from it, you'd still be ignorant of that potential failure, and you would make the same mistake in the future. So you should feel gratitude, rather than remorse. Now that you've seen the pitfall, you can avoid it in the future.
