Should I buy a house?
I have enough money to buy a house, furniture, appliances, and still survive for a few months. Something tells me I should live with my parents as long as possible, or even live with them forever, until they die. But something also tells me that inevitably I will have to leave someday.

What do I do? Do I continue living with my parents or do I go my own way?

take a paper sheet, divide it in two and write "staying" in one column and "leaving" in the other
then write down any pros and cons that come up to you about leaving or staying
after a while, take a good look at what you've listed
