I have an infection and either have to get a root canal or have the tooth extracted.
Which one should I go for? I'm leaning towards extraction just because I've heard that a root canal leaves the tooth as a bacterial colony and it can lead to health problems. but idk for sure

I got an implant. No problems, didn't even take pain killers. It low throb hurt for like a week.

root canal requires a bunch of xrays and getting the nerves out. Too much work and room for mistakes

Tooth extraction is far better

root canal is good for as long as it will last. natural tooth, even if it's just the bottom part, works best. once you remove a tooth, you will start to lose bone from not having it there and even if you get an implant there's a hundred little ways it's not exactly like a tooth that cause problems with the gums or bone that a root canal doesn't

Ensure you are sufficient in vitamins D3 and K2 because they rebuild and maintain teeth. Use chlorine dioxide mouth wash, its a miracle healer. If tooth is dead, extract and fill with synthetic bone graft so your teeth don't cave in. Root canals breed an environment for parasites. Anything dead needs to be removed from the body. If you can afford an implant, don't use titanium because metal disrupts the body's energy.
