21 yo, no friends, 11 hour screen time, degrading mental health, how do you reclaim life starting from here?

You're 21. Join a sports class. You'll get fitter and meet people. Lots of people your age just starting out on fitness, you're not alone.

Start from here if you haven't already, you'll handle things better.

Gym isn’t really a social place. Most people keep to themselves, headphones in, in and out.

Try something where talking is part of it. Team sports, classes, anything you have to show up to regularly. You see the same people, conversations happen over time.

Also don’t try to fix everything at once. Cut screen time a bit, add one thing outside each day. Keep it simple and consistent.

replace the time with other stuff. go on walks and read books. get a job
