I have a crush on this girl for around 1 year. She's a coworker, but it's a big place so we barely meet.She's always minding her own business, very quiet and plain. Since you got her instagram, try sending her a few reels that you both relate to. Then when she sends one back, fully reply to it in text. Rinse and repeat. Do this for a few weeks to a month then ask her out.
