HELP!!! Any tech geeks out there?

I need help finding a FREE AI image object removal tool that I don't have to pay to use, and I can use either unlimitedly on the web or install on my WINDOWS computer and not have to solve world hunger in order to install. Just need it to click a simple EXE file and it's installed without me having to download the universe and several billion of it's galaxies.

You get what I mean?

Also, can Photoshop do this?
