Start counting your calories everyday in a notebook or an app to get an idea of what you're consuming, then look up the expected required calories for a person with your BMI, and do what you gotta do to make your intake be less than that number. The key is finding foods that make you feel full longer but with low calories.If you can eat 500 calories less per day than the normal amount for your size and you do 30-60 minutes of cardio a day, you'll start losing weight.
