How can I learn all the mannerisms, slang and social cues I didn't learn growing up?

e.g. I don't know how to invite people over to my home or elsewhere, I don't know how to entertain them in an outing. If people ask me things, I answer plainly and not playfully, and I tend to overshare and make others uncomfortable.

Therapists don't offer this communication advice, I figure someone who works with autists should have an idea.

Also, I enrolled in a japanese course, but it's too fucking slow and everyone else are aloof autists who share nothing either. People elsewhere in outings are with personal friends, leaving me to talk with old people exclusively, so conversations sound stiff.
