What are you supposed to do during your free time as a 26 yr old male if you're trying to give up shitposting, gaming, gooning and scrolling on social media? I have already read in the morning but what are you supposed to do after that? I've already been working out for the last 11 years but I'm bored as shit of it. Ideally I would love to spend my free time trying to establish a living from passive incomes so I could not work a regular job anymore but that's close to impossible since you'll work for thousands of hours on a business project and it ends up amounting to nothing. Without having large capital investments, being a really good people person or having some unique top tier skill to offer as a service to people the chances are close to null of achieving that. It's even worse since the free time just makes you think about work on Monday.
Most advice is about exercising and getting a job. So yeah there's not much to life other than work. Sucks.

As a 32 year old man myself, I’ve picked up so many things since I was 26. At 26 I enjoyed just smoking weed drinking and gaming, hanging out in the woods with the bros n being a slut. But now I love to ride my E-bike, golf, hike, writing lyrics, woodworking, gardening while still eating edibles and having some beers. I do maintenance and am paid decent and the job isn’t pain staking or consumes my life or soul. Don’t do anything that drains you man. Find a job that you enjoy, even a passive income such as building or creating your own unique thing is great. Point is; Keep exploring and try new things. If ya don’t like it or failed then oh well at least you can say you tried.

I had random jobs here and there. Then at 26 I landed my maintenance job and been there for 6 years saving up money while still enjoying life. That’s where I met my future wife when I was 29. She was a new house keeper and I knew I had to have her so I made my move, made her laugh a few times, talked about concerts and then in the elevator I asked for her number and here we are with a family and home 3 years later.
