I get easily frustrated from doing things I am not good at.But I know I need to do things to get good at them.Especially since I am not good at anything yet.The fuck do I do now
>>34464586Same here. Work on how you feel in reaction to failure. It's a lifelong issue for a lotta people, but it's doable. Just like shaping any other reaction, you gotta learn to deal with being discontent and keep trying in spite of it. After practicing this (aka doing it over and over) for long enough, it'll get a little easier. The trick is to keep going.
>>34464586Never stop trying; when you see an opportunity, don't let it go.
>>34464586Give yourself a free doesn't-count practice period with anything new, like playing a sport without keeping score. "I won't judge how well I'm doing for the first month [or whatever]"
