But, like, how tf can you socialize when I feel so anxious just taking an elevator with randoms on the elevator. When I was younger I dealt with it using alchool, but nowdays doesnt matter how much I drink I just can't deal with socializing.

I broke up with her 1.5 years ago because the relationship was very toxic. She had a lot of mental health issues, etc. I haven’t really recovered. I've been there. Okay not the alcohol part. You know that alcohol makes you more anxious right?
If you feel anxious just being around people you need to go outside more. No one cares about you. Go for a walk. You wouldn't get anything out of a prostitute that you wouldn't get from watching porn.
