Hey anons,

I think I fucked up. For a while now I’ve had problems with low libido and sex drive. I also don’t remember the last time I had proper morning wood.

For context:

> I lift 5–6x per week
> still have a mostly sedentary lifestyle
> taking finasteride, but it didn’t seem to affect me before

Too much. Depending on your intensity your body doesn't have enough time to regenerate and is in a constant state of repairing the damage done to it. Might work for a guy on steroid with better regeneration. Take the HIT-pill. Mentzer takes it a bit too far, but Yates gives solid advice. Train less and more intense. I tried the same and had better progress, less pain and felt better.

Eat eggs. I have periods in which I eat up to 12 eggs a day for a few months. Every time I do that I notice my dick being much harder in the morning. Effect pretty much starts at around 6 eggs a day. Probably because of the cholesterol, protein and all the micro nutrients. Of course the other parts of the diet should be solid too.
Try getting some sun. The sun is always on top. Maybe during a walk or something.

Thanks for responding. I’ll try adjusting my training, but it sucks since I see progress only working out this way. Definitely I’ll add more eggs and sun if possible.

Regarding finasteride - I will ditch it once everything else fails. I know it can be the reason but having hair is also big deal for me.

What could be proper timeline to recover?
