How do I actually fix my life? I know somethings are wrong but they are just in my mind. What do I do, do I just write them down or some other thing? How do you identify a problem in your life? I really don't know how I can "fix things"

Yes. Something that has given me moderate success recently is writing down my thoughts in a booklet and reading it every now and then
