How do I become tired and fall asleep easily? For as long as I can remember I've had trouble sleeping/insomnia. It takes 1 hour minimum for me to fall asleep. If I pull an allnighter then I actually fall asleep within 5 minutes the next evening. I also feel like I sleep much better. I love the feeling. How can I induce this sleepiness without damaging my long term health by staying awake? It's not a matter of exercise, that induces exhaustion but not sleepiness.
youre probably sleeping too muchgeneral doctors advice is to only go to sleep when youre tireddont hang around in your bed either, only use your bed for sleeping
