I'll start you off: It's logically necessary that a human being can only derive value from that which is in his complete control. If it didn't come from him, then it stands to reason that he has no right to be proud of it. That rules out wealth, appearance, fame and anything else that isn't 100% under your dominion.

I know it ain’t cool to talk about myself but Idk you. I pre failed everything before I reached adulthood but eventually learned enough about my own interests to be an expert. Knowing yourself takes active involvement. Like driving in the rear view mirror to check for cops, look inside yourself as you go forward. An easy cheat code to better your lessers is to work at always telling the truth. It takes less effort with practice and it does not cost anything.
