I had sex with a prostitute in Mexico on vacation last week and now I have a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes. I have very minor itching and pain in my groin but it may be psychosomatic I’m not sure.
I don’t have any sores or anything.
I did use a condom.
I was also on a cruise ship so I was in close proximity to hundreds of people so I’m hoping I just got the flu or something.
How fucked am I? What should I do?

There's no STD that would be giving you a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes on that kind of timescale. If you used a condom you're probably okay, but you may as well get tested in a month or so to put your mind at rest. In the mean time, assume it's flu, drink plenty of water, take paracetamol, and rest.
