How do I deal with church drama? I'm not involved in it but there's lots of tension and I don't want to take sides. I'm thinking of just going to an Orthodox church for a year and then come back to see if it's over.
>>34472017>and then come back to see if it's over.See if what is over? What drama? You mean the drama between different churches, like catholic, orthodox, evangelical, etc.?If so, then you can just ignore it. I really don't see a point in churches fighting among themselves, it's idiotic. Yeah you may prefer one over the other, but in theory they should all cooperate.
OH GOD NT STUPIDITY AGAIN. HOW THE FUCK DO YOU GET INTO CHURCH DRAMA?! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? YOU HAVE GOT TO BE THE DUMBEST NT IN THE WORLD TO GET INTO CHURCH DRAMA!
>>34472066>>34472017Yeah ngl either you're a 56 year old southern grandmother or you've taken so many mistakes you've somehow ended up in church drama as a 30-something 4channel user
>>34472117>>34472066Said in the OP that i'm not involved
>>34472017>I'm thinking of just going to an Orthodox church for a year and then come back to see if it's over.LMAO
>>34472066>66Yeah, no thx
>>34472017You will find drama in an Orthodox church as well. The Church, is a hospital for sinners. Do you expect there not to be sickness in a hospital?
>>34472017Eh, just go to the Bible for guidance. I guess we need more details, but the word should direct your path, not fear. Don't be a Jonah.
>>34472017Don't get involved in the first place. It's fine if religion makes you feel better, but be prepared for drama if you get involved with one.>>34472066From one ND to another, drama can happen in any community, especially communities based on personal beliefs.
>>34472017>go to church>sit in pew>listen to readings>listen to the priest talk about whatever>take eucharist>listen to some old lady talk about what's in the church bulletin this week or whatever>go the fuck homeIt's just that easy, man.
