What medication actually works for chronic inflammation and sleep difficulty? I've had this problem since my mid teens and I'm 31 now. Despite this, my check is always turn out good. I'm at a healthy weight and have no other physical conditions. I also exercise regularly.

The only mental problem I have is most likely depression caused by loneliness. I'm over the loneliness for the most part, but the depression is still there.

What medicine actually works? What will help me not be in pain and actually sleep for once?

You could ask your doctor for Celecoxib - it's in the same drug family as Ibuprofen (NSAIDs) but more powerful. If you take Lansoprazole as well, that will minimise the impact on your stomach.

In terms of food supplements, fish oil and green-lipped mussel may help slightly.

It's worth looking at your diet, too - some foods favour inflammation.

Is weed legal where you are at? It's worth a shot if you didn't already have an issue with it, get a tincture because smoking and vaping are disgusting.

EPA fish oil pills with as little DHA or other fish oil types as possible are a natural anti depressant that I take regularly. They don't require prescription, but the pure EPA ones are expensive.
Not a medical expert but I have read that EPA lowers blood pressure by reducing inflammation and improves depression through some dopamine related action.

Some more detail to this
It seems that 1 gram is enough to achieve an antidepressant effect provided an EPA:DHA ratio of at least 7:1
You want to avoid taking too much fish oil supplements to prevent blood clotting as they oxidize in your blood although manufacturers usually add vitamin E to mitigate this

Idc about your text, but you added a Touhou image, so you are in fact very based and cool. Very good person you are. Congratulations :)))). :DDDDDD

Adding another vote for fish oil. I've struggled with sleep issues related to autism most of my life. But I started taking 1000 mg with breakfast and I found myself sleeping a full 8 hours a night more often than not. It's hardly a sleeping pill, but it might help a bit. It's also just good for you in general, so it can't hurt.

OP, don't listen to those people who tell you to sleep well.
I've had insomnia for years, and all the techniques to combat insomnia either don't work or aren't sustainable in the long term: exercising, buying a new mattress, keeping the room dark, being in a quiet place, using filters or glasses against blue light, sleeping pills, changing your diet. Nothing works!
Sleeping a lot or a little is a personal thing! If you sleep little and wake up with energy, that's fine! If you take a long time to fall asleep, sleep few hours, or don't sleep at all, that's not a problem. I recommend that if you lie in bed and stay awake for more than an hour, give up on sleeping and go do something productive or fun. Do anything: wash the dishes, clean the house, make a spreadsheet with your monthly expenses, make a grocery list, play video games. Do anything, but don't stay in bed for hours without sleeping!

Anyone who tells you otherwise is an ignorant, arrogant idiot. I've had insomnia for years and I've learned to deal with it.

If I don't sleep, I can't go to work the next day.
