You can buy a dental scraper to clean up the hardened plaque. Get xylitol gum and use it after meals but keep in mind most brands only have like 1% of what you actually need. You need to find one that uses xylitol as its main sweetener.Even if you do all of those things, sugar will still fuck your teeth if you don't stop. Also, no sodas because carbonic acid weakens your enamel.

I don’t know how to fix it without going to the dentist but you should at least know that you should go in and get help if it gets infected. Be hyper vigilant about checking often how it is since infections with teeth are very dangerous and should not be taken lightly. Im not even sure I can recommend that since an infection might come up before you realize it. Either way I really hope you’re able to improve your teeth

Both the gums and the root seem to be affected.I dunno man, I think looking for alternative solution might end up delaying the inevitable at best, and actually being detrimental to your health at worst, so again, I recommend going to a dentist to have it checked out if you can.
