you will never so just stop caring and ENJOY
Stop comparing yourself to him and start worrying about what you want. Do you want to found your own company? If you do, then work towards that goal, otherwise find another goal and work towards that while working for his company. Think about the things you want out of life and pursue those, instead of putting yourself in your brother's shadows and chasing the same things he chased.
