Should I join the Freemaisons?
I don't really click with any of the regular groups, not with the anime group nor the martial art club nor with the gymcels.
I already had a meeting with their spokesperson 2 years ago, but she dissed my ambitions and so my ego exited. She gave off weird vibes too. Plus, they wanted me to go all in or go home. Meaning, I couldn't even check them out to decide if they're a good fit.
Should I return?

women cant be in the freemasons retard

You don't join us. We select you. And trying to join is the surest disqualifier

Yes.
Join a political party, do volunteer work, whatever.

>Should I join the Freemasons
Why would you want to do that? It's for modern day sophists who also have a lack of father figures so they became addicted to having a boy's club and when they grew up they still needed a boy's club so they join with the Masons. And the Masons aren't even part of the Illuminati, those days are over, the Bavarian Illuminati miserably failed towards the tail end of the 1700's. The Bavarian Illuminati made the Freemasons their bitch, they would often infiltrate their ranks and poach their members. Freemasonry isn't as competent as you think it is. Even their highest ranking members aren't that remarkable, my grandfather was a Masonic Royal Arch, and his entire life can be summed up like this:
Banged whores, got drunk a lot, beat his kids violently, cheated his wife, died miserably of cancer. The man never had a profound lesson to teach either, a lot of the shit he came up with was in half drunken stupors. But because of his title his dumb subordinates treated what he said as gold. Because that's Freemasonry, it's for people pleasers who wanna kiss ass and climb ranks to feel special.

Holy shit. Thank you. I needed that. Fuck them.

I don't know about that

>spokesperson
>she
Uhh... not that there aren't some adjunct women's organizations, but depending on what sort of Masonic lodge, some don't even admit women much less have them doing the recruiting ; even worse if they were pressuring you to be 'all in' without checking shit out.
>dissed your ambitions
What exactly did this mean?
>All in or go home
Any decent lodge should encourage you to check them out before you seek initiation.

Anyway, Masonic organizations these days have all kinds of different approaches from lodge to lodge and various traditions (ie the anglo/US lodges vs the continental tradition orients etc), so I wouldn't judge the entire thing by a single bad experience or even a shitty lodge/orient/branch
>>
>>34488687
Yeah, this was a lodge that accepted foids
>What exactly did this mean?
It means I told her my dreams and my plan towards it and she laughed at them.
>Any decent lodge should encourage you to check them out before you seek initiation.
Yeah, I think they have a retention problem and were desperate. No wonder if even the spokesperson is such a piece of trash.
I'm not really interested in traveling further just to check out a different lodge, so whatever
>>

>lodge that accepted women
Ah okay. Has to be one of the Continental style branches/CLIPSAS signatory lodges. Nothing wrong with them, they do their own thing and its a good fit for some people.
>laughed at your dreams/plan
As long as you didn't spill your spaghetti and act like an ass saying you wanted to be a freemason so you could get rich and get in good the with secret cabal that runs the world or a similar sort of thing , that's completely rude of her. A really critical core belief of pretty much all masonic traditions is self improvement; I mean think about the whole "mason" metaphor of construction of a (mental, spiritual etc) edifice after all. If she shit on your dreams and plans, not only should she not be recruiting (even pragmatically, that's of course going to turn people away) she's probably going against the rhetorical ideal of the organization.
>desperate, shitty lodge
Yeah could be. Some places aren't going to get any better if they're fucking up like that, whereas it seems many others are growing because they figured out how to bring in a new generation.
>don't want to travel farther
Yeah that's okay. If you were otherwise interested, you may want to look around a bit - it not like most lodges advertise (typically a tenet is that people have to come and show interest, they don't go out specifically recruiting. Now, they may do some sort of charity work or other community activity in public and people are welcome to talk to them, but most aren't out there on the street just randomly trying to recruit like some scientologist offering a 'personality test' to someone on the subway) , so there may be more of them within the same distance than you'd think. They may have different approaches or traditions, come from different branches , or come from the same sort but are just a wholly different lodge culture than the shitty one you ran into.

>Holy shit. Thank you. I needed that. Fuck them.
Yeah no problem. The Freemasons are fraternity, so remember the obnoxious cliques in high school or university? Fratbros? That's them, but they just grew up and went out into the world. They couldn't let go of fraternity or cliques. All that changed was when they got a job or a business of their own they still needed their hand held like a schoolboy and they form nepotistic cliques in their community. The whole bread and butter of Freemasonry is to form a community watch, where they keep track of who is selling what, who is buying what, who is moving where, who is marrying who, who is divorcing who. Who is an ex-con? Who is victim of a crime? Who is the antisocial? Who is the asocial? Who is who is who is who.

They're nosy bastards who feel entitled to organise and micromanage their communities like a henpecking mother. And their lodges are their knitting circles where the "men" gossip like mother hens among themselves. If you meet a Mason in the wild, automatically assume they are a gossip and move on

>she's probably going against the rhetorical ideal of the organization.
EXACTLY. That's what bugged me so much about her. Holy shit. Fucking bitch.
>a wholly different lodge culture than the shitty one you ran into.
I don't know I just searched online and found them in my city and emailed them
