The title sums it up; I've been looking for an internship everywhere, and I can't find one. I study Business Administration and I just need to find one internship in Europe to finish my studies, but I can't, and it's driving me crazy.

I tried in Germany, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, but I got filtered because even though I have a certified C2 in English, I don't have any experience (which is the exact reason why I'm looking for an internship in the first place), and my German is just on the B2 level. I'm from Spain btw, there are no issues related to the visa because I'm an EU citizen.

What the fuck am I going to do? I can barely sleep or go on with my day because of how terrified I am of not landing this internship. I have looked at banks, Big 4s, insurance... I just can't get anything; I don't know what to do. Please help.

You should have started looking last summer

There weren't internships for September of this year last summer, not for the countries I mentioned, at least.

Instead of applying for roles posted online, write to companies first. Focus on small ones, startups. Big ones have standard procedures how they employ people so a firm handshake wont do it. Highlight in your email/linkedin-message what you bring to the table and that you do so for free. Explicitly state that you need a certificate at the end saying you worked in administration but you are ok with doing any sorts of tasks (expect making coffee and making phone calls and such). If you can't find anything on time, start looking for an actual job (not in business but anything white collar, sales and recruitment for example). If at some point in your career you need a degree for a promotion, do the internship at that very company.

how many applications have you done and for how long

I sent the first 50-75 between November and February, but I don't think I've sent less than 100 in the last two months.

I've done many online assessments but only gotten 1 single final-stage interview. I'm still waiting for their feedback from that one; the interview was last week. They told me I'd have an answer by this week but it was a complete nothingburger
