I'm at the point to where I am going insane and I am not seeing any improvement. I interpret things like what I hear in videos or read online in comments or video recommendations as messages if they somewhat are relevant to what I am thinking. I will spend minutes deciding on what to wear or turning on and off the lights a certain amount of times so I convince my mind that something bad isn't going to occur. My mind will do shit like "you cannot write that sentence using that specific word or letter and if you do something will happen" and it is driving me crazy. It affected me when I was in college because it made every mundane task, such as picking which pencil to use or what words to include in my writing, a task that took mintues

I am scared of getting diagnosed with schizophrenia. I know I have ADHD and OCD but I had psychosis from weed and I was told that might be because I am genetically predisposed to have schizophrenia

Some forms of OCD are exactly as you described.
Still get checked, lost a good friend due to schizophrenia. He was 20-21 when diagnosed, we just thought he was doing meth (which he was) but then ended up getting in the wrong crowd later on and now he’s been missing for 3.5 years. Get tested bro, they got meds to help.

Nah this isn't schizophrenia. This is psychosis, which is not uncommon for people with ADHD. What you're experiencing is a mix of "magical thinking" (part of psychosis loops) & OCD "bad thoughts". And remember psychosis isn't a diagnosis it's a symptom, something that comes and goes, typically when you're under a lot of stress.

I still am scared. Last time I went on meds to lessen these kinds of thoughts, I ballooned up in weight even when I didn't change how often I ate
>>34486381
It's really bad. I am so distraught by my intrusive thoughts that I keep myself preoccupied with youtube videos 24/7 so I am not alone in my thoughts

Everyone has this. Of course they wont admit it but everyone thinks like this.

This is exactly what happened to me for years and I am diagnosed with schizophrenia.

There's nothing to be afraid of. Thoughts can't physically hurt you dude. If I tell you to think of a black cat, and you think of a black cat, you can't pet that cat. You can't get scratched by that cat. You can't feed that cat a bowl of meow mix. You can't go to a veterinary and get your pet black cat in your head treated with medicine. Because it's not actually a black cat it's just a thought.

You understand? Thoughts don't actually exist in physical reality. And you can only die from physical reality. No one has ever been killed by a thought, hurt by a thought, robbed by a thought, or even tickled by a thought. Do you understand? Thoughts are worthless, all of them are. You piss that you pee out of your dick makes more of an impact on reality than 1,000 thoughts.

Let's say you are alone with your thoughts. The fuck are the thoughts gonna do? Imagine you to death? C'mon man

what you describe is what my early phases of schizophrenia felt like. before i started hearing voices. see a psychiatrist is my advice. good luck
>>
>>34486339
Most of this sounds more like OCD. But whatever is wrong with you, unless you *know* What's wrong with you, you won't get better. A correct diagnosis is always helpful.
>>
>>34486339
all you have to do is stop using drugs, sleep, and eat healthy. this is the cure, no bullshit doctor or meds required
>>
>>34486339
No, the world is actually clown world and you're normal. They want you to pill up and be numb to the realities of the world because you are unable to mask and accept it. That is all this is.

You're over thinking it. No one is going to help you or coming to help. You are on your own. So start acting like you are.
>>
>>34486800
True, but does this not mean he should get medical help?

I mean, it's a clown world and we are slaves with different titles, but we gotta eat right? We need to work and function in a fake world.

Sorry I used the wrong username here. Basically what I said is the only true fix and doctors, especially psychiatrists will load you up with meds and make you an apathetic zombie-human if you dont just do what the fuck I said. so basically do what I said or suffer the consequences!

>All you need to do is be healthy and you will cure mental illnesses
Please shut up
>>
>>34486381
Don't talk about things you don't really know
>>
>>34486511
They do but don't be dumb and pretend like the level he is having is normal

Take lithium orotate. Pic related. It's not going to get you high at these doses. They wash it out of our meat, and studies have shown animals becoming paranoid and nervous without it. I take it and I notice I just have less self defeating thoughts or whatever. Our food supply is ass cancer and quite literally everything about our personality and brain function comes from diet and exercise. Exercise = Exorcise. Stop drinking. Spirits = literal spirits.
