So there is this girl I met her an year ago and we instantly became friends but at first we would only talk bout studies and tests and stuff like that due to my bad social skills I could never move past that stage and kinda made it seem to her that maybe that's all I was interested in so she never tried too now it's been an year of me and her just casually being friends and only talking bout studies up untill this point I have always been getting jealous of other guys talking to her the way I never could and I also used to read too much into her words and behavior around me some pointed towards interest some were neutral at this point I feel like it's best for me to forget about her ever being more to me than what she is currently but she's just always in my head to the point that it's been messing with my life too I get on my toes as soon as another guy mentions anything regarding her and get all jealous if somebody says they texted and had a conversation I just need peace so how do I find it how do I get to the point where I just don't care about her anymore no matter what she does who she talks to??like really is there any way so that I can just start seeing her as just another girl. My friend said this is Limerance and it's not a normal crush and I need professional help is that true??
