my parents never pushed me to do sports so i never cared for them. only as an adult i tried gymnastics and realize i enjoy it a lot. but now im too old to compete in anything. it makes me sad to know i missed out

You just get over it and go get athletic at whatever age you are. I didn't play sports but am very fit and athletic. I didnt get molested (gymnastics), dont have brain damage (wrestling, football), don't have bad knees (basketball) etc. Muh glory days! HIGH-SCHOOL WAS THE BEST! lmao
