Try more serious dating sites if you're really looking for single mom's, most don't have the time to put themselves out there and socialize the way childfree people do unless they have a strong support network. Go to farmers markets, flee market bazaars, popup events, block parties and be social if you're looking for something fun.

"Roastie" is a term guys use for women who they see as having had too many partners and is past her prime. But women don't realize it when they get there, they just fuck randos in even greater numbers to keep their ego inflated until they're mid 40's and suddenly nobody even looks at them. The point is, they're not a good target. But the way to date them is be fit, reasonably tall, have healthy social proof, and go to bars. The tick is to know they're a roastie and not take them seriously. Do not catch feelings or commit yourself to a girl like that.

Single moms? Dating apps, or hang in dive bars a lot. Be degenerate enough they'll think they're a match for you, but also come across like you have a career/trust fund/etc.
But like above, why would you want to? You're probably thinking it's a tradeoff you're willing to accept so you can hook up with more physically attractive women, but it's a terrible idea. Single moms come with an enormous level of baggage and either they will throw it onto you, or they'll keep you at such an arm's length that you'll think they're cheating on you, when actually they just don't have room for normal relationships without throwing the baggage at you.
It's also fucked up to pretend you'll step in as some kind of dad if you're not really serious about it.
