Im in the US military and went to get breakfast at the dfac this morning. The omlette line was long as fuck, way more than usual. I always get an omlette but what ever I got scrambled eggs instead. I then always get cottage cheese but today there was no cottage cheese. Fuck. I then go to get my Sriracha hot sauce at the salad bar and there was only nasty fucking Tabasco. I put the tabasco on my eggs n potatoes then slam it down and say FUCK OFF. I am so embarrassed I acted like that. I was a little tired because I slept poorly the previous night and havent had my energy drink yet but is there something wrong with me to have an outburst over something so stupid? I feel like a total ass.

>>34493589Think if there was anything else on your mind that could have added to your stress. Everyone goes through a crash out at least once in their life, and this one doesn't sound so bad. You made a disruption and that's all. Some people will talk about it and they'll forget it even happened after a year. Others won't even pay any attention. I imagine the military is a stressful environment, yeah?
