I know this girl likes me a little but I am shy and don't really know how to talk to people. We keep saying hi to each other but never had a full conversation and there is some awkwardness between us like maybe we don't vibe that much, yet maybe we still are attracted to one another? Not sure what to do, I kinda cringe and get nervous about talking to her because I know it will be awkward

Do you guys get lunch breaks at your job? Maybe sit and eat lunch together?

She doesn’t like you I’m afraid

Hehe same situation as you. She keeps initiation convos with me, coming up to my desk. It got a little flirty. She told me she is single even. I am not actively looking to date right now and won't be the one escalating

first and foremost, are you in a position of power? do you outrank her in any way? if so, do not engage, it aint worth it.

If youre both on and even playing field, it's still not worth it, maybe for a fuck, or fwb situation but not a relationship. trust me on that, bringing all the shit at home you may have had with her into work is a real bad idea.
