It's actually not that bad once you fully internalise the fact that you can't ever express those feelings. What causes problems is if you get cocky and think "Maybe I can express this in a limited way". For example, you put yourself in a position where you're around boys, telling yourself that you'll be able to control yourself; that will blow up in your face. Or you start downloading CP; that will make the problem so much worse even if you aren't caught, and you probably will be. You need to have zero tolerance of yourself every moment of every day, and never indulge your desires in any way.

Generally feeling depressed makes you far more likely to consume something that feels good. be aware of that and try to find something else to consume or try to go for extreme content. furthermore fetishes and whatever turns people on the most are taboo and not accepted by seeing it as normal and vanilla makes you far less interested in it.
