Been having an issue for the past couple of days where my muscles twitch as if I've just worked out. Thing is I've been sitting in a chair all day and the twitch happens non-stop. Does anyone on here know what this could be?
I remember reading something about that happening as a result of having too much/too little of a specific vitamin. There's probably a hundred other things it could be, so if it doesn't resolve with that, go to a doctor.
>>34496101Might be just a cramp or a muscle spasm.
>>34496101I wonder if it stops if you try to show someone. My shit always does.
>>34496101Rigor mortis.
>>34496101Are you dehydrated?
>>34496101It is either a nutrient thing or just because of the lack of movement
>>3449610190% chance taking zinc/magnesium in the morning will fix it.
>>34496724don't believe so, been getting enough fluids>>34496144problem is it hasn't stopped, its been continuous>>34496186sort of? its still noticeable though>>34496789>>34496123I don't think my diet has changed much, I've been taking some b-100 complex supplements and vitamin d2 supplements.>>34496864I could try this if it gets worse
>>34496864I second the Magnesium / zinc supplement suggestion.I used to have this issue and magnesium supplements knock it right out.I would wake up early in the morning with a strong urge to stretch and as soon as I would move my leg, arm, or neck bam charlie-horse that would last for like a minute.
Yeah. Probably low in electrolytes or zinc. Especially common when it's hot and you sweat a lot.
>>34496864>>34498104yes, but not any magnesium.use magnesium glycinate, also you will need a potasium suplemment and maybe taurine. Also do a lot of stretching.I had the same problem for months some years ago, it was horrible.
>>34496101write up your will. or eat some magnesium. both should work.
