Do emotions "hurt" for anyone else? Like for other people they say they feel sad or angry but it's just an emotion they can work through, but when I feel sad or angry it's physically painful in my chest and so powerful that trying to do anything productive just makes it overwhelmingly "painful" and makes you immediately seek comfort and rest afterwards. How can you get through these feelings and being productive without antidepressants?
