What do you do personally to un-depress yourself?

Living by myself since a couple of months now I feel I'm getting into my own head more than usual, without even my parents around to provide that bare modicum of human contact. Approaching other people is out of the question since they're the only ones in the world who can tolerate a person as detestable as me. My shitty attitude is something that cannot be fixed.

So I'll ask again, what is it that you do to distract yourself from your woes? To silence that self destructive voice in your head

Go out for walks in places populated by white people. Get some sun, get some exercise, exist among people. Even if you don't talk to anyone (I don't) it makes you feel connected to your local community, rather than just being a piece of nothing inside a box.

Avoid places populated by black people at all costs. All they'll do is give you a million reasons to believe life isn't worth living.

That belief is the reason why your shitty attitude isn't changing. Anyone and everyone can change a bad attitude into a good one, they simply have to try. As a man thinketh, so he is.
