I think it's day 5 or 6 of not jacking it or watching porn. I didn't make the conscious effort to do this. Now my body awakens at 5-530AM without the alarm, and I have no more grogginess. What should I do with this new found energy and vigor?

usually through friends & acquaintances (on the internet or real life). try to be friendly, befriending, befriendable. i dont think you have to do it specifically with women in mind, if you think you lack female friends but have enough male friends, then i guess ask around if anyone knows someone of the opposite gender that would like to befriend a person of your character
