Give me some advice, should I give advice to other people or not? Should I care about other people or just live in solitude forever since I enjoy solitude?I think that if you give advice, then you are a loser wasting your time. The only problem I found is that if I keep going like that, then nobody is going to save me if I fall into a big problem!thoughts?

>>34501401People helping each other is part of human nature, and advice is one one the ways we have of providing help (though it is not always a helpful advice...). Therefore, I think you can give advice if you feel like it could help the other person. The thing about advices though is that it is mostly just a suggestion based on your own experiences and views. It is not necessarily something the person agrees or likes, nor is it necessarily something that will actually be useful to the person in that situation. They're free to do what they believe is best.>The only problem I found is that if I keep going like that, then nobody is going to save me if I fall into a big problem!Ideally, I don't think you should help others only because you expect something in return.Help because you genuinely want to.
>>34501401Why can’t you do both? Living in solitude without wasting your time is an even bigger waste of your time, if you’re not even using it. Stay in your realm of qualifications. Guaranteed you have something useful for someone.
You're not a loser for giving advice but if you do it, make sure you don't become an ass. You need to be confident enough to know that what you have to say can help someone and you also need to be ready to listen when someone gives you feedback on your own suggestions/advice.If you are too arrogant in giving advice and people tell you that the way you suggested something wasn't working, then don't get mad or make them feel bad because of what you did. I know a lot of people who would just shut off if someone told them their ideas/suggestions weren't good enough.Another thing is to always have some time for yourself. Don't forget that giving advice, even though it's something we like to do, can be a little exhausting sometimes because you need to think of new solutions and be able to give them in a way that your listener will understand, so if you feel drained or overwhelmed then it is better to stop for some time.I think the last thing I want to mention is that if you're giving advice, you should do it because you want to help someone, not because you are expecting something back from them. If your sole motivation is getting something in return, then you need to stop doing it, because what you are doing is manipulative and manipulators get their kicks out of making other people feel bad or stupid (which may be true but they use that fact as a weapon). You should do it because you want someone to be better off. If you can't do this without expecting something in return, then it means that what you are doing is wrong and you need to reevaluate your relationships with others.

>>34501401Don't help anybody, don't offer any advice to anyone ever. If you see someone struggling, ignore them. The suffering of others is not your business. All advice is dogshit and the very concept of advice should never have been created. You should in no way pass any knowledge or wisdom onto others; be sure to hoard everything your experiences have taught you.
