I know this is probably pointless to write but it just happened and its driving me crazyMy heart skips a best few times during the day every day but its generally considered benign because its individual occurences and doesn't happen more than like 10-20 per dayStill it feels horrible and my dad sufferred a heartattack in his 40s (I'm in my 30s but this has been going on since early 20s)I did ekg they didn't find anything, even wore a 24h monitor and only thing they noted is a high pulse. I'm really anxious so it could be because of it but I wish I didn't have to feel and think my heart stopped and I'm gonna die 10 times per day

>>34502873>only thing they noted is a high pulse. I'm really anxious so it could be because of it Yeah probably. Are you getting enough electrolytes and drinking enough water?
>>34502873I feel you OP. I was pretty anxious last month because I was getting those heart skips along with some discomfort and pain in my general chest/arm area (turned out to be a back/shoulder thing). As someone who is getting out of being a hypochondriac and dealing with that, I’m almost 99% sure it’s your mind, especially considering your tests come out well (same thing happened with me).Generally, if there is no abnormality from birth, it’s extremely rare for someone as young as you to get a heart attack unless you’re obese and very unhealthy. I still get the heart skips every now and then but they are much less frequent. I also had like 1-2 every day last month, these last week or two haven’t felt them almost at all. Things that helped me were meditation, somatic training (I suggest you read The Way Put by Alan Gordon as he tackles chronic pain and symptoms and how most of it is in the mind), distracting myself with productive activities like socializing or hobbies and praying (not preaching, just telling you what worked). You’re gonna be fine, OP, and I feel ya. God bless
>>34502873I started having heart palpitations every night and got a 2 week heart monitor put on. Getting old sucks, I'm only 28. Maybe you can get something similar so they can take more data. Either way though, the heart works remarkably well even when it has issues, people can live long lives with heart problems. A coronary thrombosis (heart attack) isn't necessarily related to your problem unless there is detectable atrial fibrilation or other issues that cause stagnant bloodflow. Focus on destressing, go for long walks, learn to meditate (basically, sit or lay still and simply pay attention to the sensation of the air leaving/entering your nostrils, ignoring other thoughts), do face/scalp massages before bed, eat well, exercise, etc. Do everything your doctor wished you would to stay healthy.
i had the same as you OP, but im unvaxed tho.>>34503067this.no coffee, quit smoking, no energy drinks, lower sugar intakeget down to a healthy BMIwhen done with step 1step 2 is start doing mild cardio and then proceed to normal cardio>t. had extraventricular systoles or how tf they call it and after doing the above they are now very very rarely happening and i feel really good nowalso minimum is doing ekg + ultrasound. ultrasound is very important tho, did you do it?physical training is going to train your heart to beat more in line, more in the normal rhythm and not doing the antics you describe ( and i had them too)plus a lot of it is psychological too. take deep breaths and try to relax your mind, drink some water.also it may be genetic as you said ur dad dieded in his 40s. you better make an ultrasound asap
>>34502873Sounds like you're confusing that with heart palpitations.
