Don't go for the absolute sluttiest options right away but work your way up. If she usually wears skirts that are knee-length then urge her to get skirts that are 2 inches above the knee. If she usually wears really high necklines then urge her to wear necklines a little lower than her usual but not super low. Etc. When she tries on the clothes show more enthusiasm for the sluttier options and less for the modest ones.
